Returns & Exchanges

At Atlanta Mocassin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade footwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn moccasins back in their original branded box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
